How high should my desk be at home?
For most adults, 70–75 cm: seated with the chair adjusted, your elbows rest at 90° on the surface. If you work at the dining table, which is usually higher, raise the chair, add a footrest and lift the laptop on a riser. The ergonomics guide works out your heights from your own height.
